Coe & Van Loo was involved in many different aspects of this premier Northwest Phoenix Master Planned Community.  A wide range of services was required from Coe & Van Loo in order to meet the demanding needs of such a complex project.  Off-site infrastructure design and construction coordination was necessary to serve the community from initial construction through sales office and model complex openings.

Coe & Van Loo’s planning and engineering groups worked together closely on items like hillside development and grading restrictions.  Detailed studies were required to ensure that the needs of the builder were met within the framework of the hillside ordinance. Our landscape group provided parcel landscape designs, streetscape planning and design for the two community recreation centers.
